End of year book sale
Hi Everyone,
I got an email from Lulu this week indicating they have a 30% off sale
on all print books, so I figured I'd pass that along. This applies to
any books you order through http://mathleague.org/books.php and use
the case-sensitive promo code NEWYEAR30. The catch is that the sale
ends today (unfortunately I don't have any control over that), so
you'll have to move fast if you want to take advantage of it.
Now because Lulu is only offering this sale on print books, I've gone
ahead and discounted all our electronic books by 30% at
http://mathleague.org/ebooks.php. I'll leave this sale on a little
longer than the print sale, but I can only guarantee this discounted
price through Saturday at midnight. Please don't write me next week
asking for the discount after it's over, because it takes me a couple
of hours to change all the prices on Lulu's system.
As an added bonus, I've just added a bunch of number sense study
materials written by a good friend and colleague of mine, Leo Ramirez.
These materials (including one free sample test written by Mr.
Ramirez) are available at http://mathleague.org/rambooks.php.
While I've got your attention, I'd like to mention that we've added an
AIME prep class (starting in February) and another Mental Math Magic
class (starting in March) to our schedule of online classes for this
year. Details are available at http://mathleague.org/classes0.php.
Finally, since I know many of you are in the Bay Area, I should
mention that we've got a site lined up for elementary and middle
school contests on January 16. We're just waiting to post the details
until we have all the paperwork finalized with the host school. Please
save the date and watch for an announcement to the Bay Area mailing
list once we have final details.
