ARML practice this Sunday

Hi everyone,

I will be running ARML practices for the SFBA team this year. The tentative plan is to hold weekly practices at Stanford, starting this weekend and continuing until ARML.

The first practice will be this Sunday, April 15, 2pm-5pm at Stanford. We will meet in room 420-041 on the Stanford campus. Please note that this is a room change from Tim's previous email; the new room is adjacent to the previously announced room, and it should be able to hold more people. The easiest way to reach the practice location is probably to go through the basement of the math corner; this is building 380. See http://campus-map.stanford.edu/index.cfm?ID=01-380 for a map, and I'll put up some signs before the practice.

Note that unlike subsequent practices, this practice is not mandatory and there will be no penalty if you can't make it. However, I strongly encourage you to attend, especially if you hope to be on a competitively selected team. If this is your first year at ARML, we will also have a session to introduce you to ARML.

A number of students have expressed that they have suggestions for our ARML team, or wish to help out at practices. If you're interested in giving us some input or helping organize our practices, please let me know! I'd love to talk to you.

If you have any questions or concerns about practices, please send me an email. Hope to see you on Sunday!

Best,
Moor
